Privacy notice

Witplay is run by Nitroyale Ltd. We collect the bare minimum of information needed to run the games, see whether anyone plays them, and serve ads. This page describes what that means in practice.
Data we collect ourselves
When you load witplay.games or one of the games at
witplay.games/<game>, your browser fires a small
analytics ping to our admin server. We log:
- An anonymous visitor ID — a random UUID stored in your browser's
localStorage. It lets us count distinct visitors and tell whether a visitor went on to play a game. We never link it to your name, email, or anything you type. - The page path you visited (e.g.
/,/mergyblocks) and the referrer (the site that sent you, if any). - Per-game events like game started, with a per-session UUID.
That's it. No name, no email, no IP address logged in our database (CloudFront access logs may incidentally hold it for a short retention window, but we don't query or correlate it).
You can clear the visitor ID at any time: open your browser's developer
tools, go to Application → Local Storage → witplay.games,
and delete the witplay_visitor_id entry.
Third-party services
The hub page loads Google AdSense to display contextual ads. AdSense sets its own cookies and may use device identifiers per Google's advertising policies. We don't share any of our first-party analytics data with Google; AdSense operates independently.
What we don't do
- No accounts. Nothing to sign up for.
- No fingerprinting beyond the localStorage ID you can clear.
- No selling data to anyone.
- No marketing emails (we don't have your email).
